| Uses | As a solvent for nitrocellulose, various resins, gums, rocket fuel, plasticizers and diesel additives, it can also be used in gas chromatography and organic synthesis. Triethylene glycol is mainly used as air dehumidifier solvent and aromatic hydrocarbon extractant. It is also used in printing inks, softeners, moisturizers and disinfectants for air conditioning systems.
